Yes! Every store is created and approved by the business, nonprofit, or event that runs it. You are buying directly from their official merchandise store.
Each store chooses its own product selection. If you don’t see the size or color you’re looking for, it may not be available for that specific store.

Ordering & Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal*, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Orders go into production quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need assistance, contact us immediately at mymerchflex@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Yes! After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
At this time, all orders must be placed online through the store's website. In some cases, limited merch might also be available in person at a business or event.
Shipping & Delivery
Because MerchFlex is made-to-order, we help businesses, nonprofits, and events sell custom merch without upfront costs or inventory management. While this approach allows for flexibility, reduced waste, & additional product and colors options, it also means all items are subject to a production period before shipping.
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 days of placing an order.
- Production: 2-3 days (up to 7 days)
- Shipping: 2-5 days (on most items)
All of our products are designed in the USA and most are printed & fulfilled locally in the USA.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order. We aim to keep shipping fees as low as possible while ensuring timely delivery. In some cases shipping will be free but that depends on specific Items, store, and organizer to offer that option.
MerchFlex does not offer local pickup, as all orders are shipped directly to you. If an event or business has a separate pickup option, they will communicate that directly.
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all items are custom-made when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will make it right.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Since all items are custom-made when ordered, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes or color choices. Please check the size chart carefully before purchasing.
We only offer refunds for orders that are defective, incorrect, or lost in transit. If you have an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the store you are purchasing the item from has a different policy It will be noted on the store.
