Shipping & Returns

At MerchFlex, every product is printed on demand, meaning it is made just for you when you place an order. Unlike traditional print shops that require bulk orders and inventory storage, we offer more colors, styles, and sizes than most businesses can stock on their own. This flexibility ensures you get exactly what you want, but it also means all orders are subject to a short production period before shipping.

Production & Shipping Times:

Each item is printed, packed, and shipped as soon as it’s ready. Once production is complete, orders ship directly to you. Most items will arrive within about a week of ordering, however production times may vary. 

Average production time is typically 2-3 business days (ie. tees, long sleeves, hoodies, and sweatshirts). One-off specialty items and things like hats, all-over printed items, and embroidered items, may take longer to produce.

Standard shipping: 2-5 business days (U.S. only)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way. If you don’t see your tracking email within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Delays & Peak Seasons

While we aim for fast delivery, peak seasons, holidays, and unexpected shipping carrier delays may extend shipping times. If your order is delayed, we’ll provide tracking updates, and you can always reach out with questions.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color preferences, or change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Exceptions: We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds except in cases of lost, damaged, or incorrect orders. If your order is lost in transit or arrives with an issue, reach out to us, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
