MerchFlex Return Policy

General Return Policy

Since all items sold through MerchFlex are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Each order is printed specifically for you, and we do not hold inventory. However, return policies may vary depending on the organizer, business, nonprofit, or event managing the store.

If the organizer allows returns or exchanges, their policy will be listed on their store page. Please review their guidelines before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your order! If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, email mymerchflex@gmail.com with:
✅ Your order number
✅ Photos of the issue
✅ A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • MerchFlex does not generally accept returns or exchanges due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products.
  • Returns and exchanges are at the discretion of each store organizer. If an organizer allows returns/exchanges, their specific policy will be outlined on the store page.
  • If a return is accepted by the organizer, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

If your return is approved under an organizer’s policy, or in cases of damaged/defective items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at mymerchflex@gmail.com.
