MerchFlex Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment

All MerchFlex products are made to order, meaning we do not hold inventory. Orders are processed, produced, and fulfilled as they are received. Production times typically range from 2-5 business days, depending on the product and demand. However, most orders are typically received within about a week of placing the order. 

Each store (business, nonprofit, or event) may have specific shipping guidelines, so please review their store page for any additional details regarding fulfillment times.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once an order is printed and fulfilled, it will be shipped to your provided address. Estimated shipping times:

• Economy Shipping (U.S.): 4-8 business days
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days

 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination. In some cases, free shipping may be available on certain items but that will noted in the item description or promotion.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment locations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. MerchFlex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or carrier before contacting us.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. MerchFlex is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
